Bespoke and fully equipped quality kitchen

The kitchen is tailor-made to the highest quality by LHM Interior, combining durability with stylish design. The realistic grey Dekton worktop features an under-mounted sink and high-quality fittings. The elegant and carefully designed cabinetry boasts grey oak veneer fronts, sleek black modern handles, and LED lighting in drawers, display cabinets, and under wall units. The kitchen is fully equipped with integrated appliances and a wine cooler from Temptech.

The apartment’s bathroom is tailor-made exclusively for Svartskard, featuring a seamless and modern design with large tiles in a matte, natural-look finish. The elegant fittings include grey oak veneer cabinetry, a black Dekton countertop, a ceramic basin, and high-quality wall-mounted fixtures. The bathroom is equipped with both a rainfall shower and a handheld shower, a wall-mounted toilet with a soft-close seat, and provisions for a washing machine and tumble dryer.

At Svartskard, we strive to create a comfortable mountain lifestyle. A shared ski prep room will be available, allowing you to get your skis in perfect condition for the next day on the slopes. You'll also have your own private ski storage, so you won’t have to bring your equipment up to the apartment.

Each apartment comes with two lockable ski lockers in the ski prep room, providing space for up to eight pairs of skis. The lockers are equipped with boot dryers for eight pairs of ski boots. Additionally, each apartment will have a private storage room in the garage facility.
