The architect
Logg Arkitekter AS - the architect behind the designs for Svartskard is the renowned architectural firm from Oslo, which has established a strong position in the development of holiday homes and large projects at ski destinations in Norway. The firm was founded in 1999 and employs 10 qualified architects.
Logg Arkitekter won the competition for the new town centre plan at Kvitfjell West in 2019. Yttersvingen, designed by Logg Arkitekter, is the first phase of the new town centre plan being developed by Alpinco.
The contractor
Stenumgård Bygg AS - the contractor from Fåvang is a general contractor in the construction industry with extensive experience in building single-family homes, holiday homes, and apartment projects in the Kvitfjell area. They have, among other projects, been responsible for the construction of Varden Restaurant and Yttersvingen. The company was established in 2012 and currently employs 35 people, with its own element factory in Ringebu.
